　　There are fifty children in my class.

　　Materials: CAI tape recorder stickers

　　Teaching steps:

　　一、 Warming up

　　1. Greetings

　　How are you ?

　　What’s your name?

　　How many? (show fingers)

　　Now let’s count from 1 to 20.

　　2. A game

　　(Ask some Ss come to the front and make groups according to the T’s order: three children / two children /four children / two girls / three boys…Then all class do according to the orders)

　　二、 Task-presenting and prepairing

　　1. Talk about the class:

　　Can you tell me?

　　How many children are there in your class? (count if we need)

　　How many boys?

　　How many girls?

　　2. Do you remember our friends Sam and Amy? What are they doing now? Let’s look.

　　2).What are they talking about?
