Steps:
Pre-task preparation:
1. Review all the vocabulary learned so far, using flashcard games.
2. Introduce: Here鈥檚 /Here are 鈥�
Say: Here鈥檚 my desk. Here are my books.
3. Ask the students to give more examples, using real objects.
4. Listen to the tape and repeat it.
5. Look at the 鈥榩hotographs鈥� and decide which words are missing, without writing.
1. Check orally.
2. Write the sentences, including missing words.
While-task procedure:
In groups, the students colour Photocopiable page 32, following the information contained in the table. They ask and answer questions about the pictures. They then colour the 鈥榩hotos鈥� on page 33 and complete the descriptions.
Post-task activity:
Workbook page 31
a.Identify the items and colour them according to the key.
b. Write sentences about the two-coloured objects.
c.Count the objects to complete the boxes at the end of each sentences. Ask them to read their sentences.
