  3)Know more vocabularies about postcard

  教学难点:

  1.The pronunciations of the words: scissors、envelopes

  2. The plural form of words.

  教学重点:

  1. Learn the words about unit 2.

  2. Learn the expressions about unit 2.

  教学准备:

  CAI, PPT

  教学过程:

  1. Warm up

  ------ Free talk

  ------ Guessing game: Does he have any鈥Α#╞ooks, pencils)?Yes, he does.\No, he doesn鈥檛.

  T: Well done. Now I have a friend. He has a bag. Can you guess? What does he have?

  Ss: Yes. Does he have any apples?

  T: Yes, he does. S1: Does he have any cookies?

  T: No, he doesn鈥檛. 用猜的形式呈现已学的单词与句型,让学生在游戏中回忆已学知识,并激发学生的学习兴趣。

  2.Lead in:

  ------ Show a tree and a postcard.

  T:Christmas day鈥檚 coming. Gogo, Tony and Jenny send a postcard for me. I want to make a postcard for them. Can you help me?

  Ss: Yes.

  T: OK. I have some paper. 五年级的学生喜欢比赛、游戏。把学习内容设计成一个比赛,引导学生通过比赛,循序渐进的学习、运用新的知识。

  3.Teaching and learning:

  ------The 1st:: While making a card while learning words and sentences

  T: Do you have any paper? Paper、paper.

  4.Extension:

  1. Let the students decorate Christmas tree and make postcards. And let them know, Christmas Day is coming, every family will decorate Christmas tree and make postcards in western countries.

  2. In western countries, most people will exchange Christmas gifts and post cards to their friends and family. 渗透文化教育。了解中西文化差异,知道西方国家人们过圣诞节的一些习俗。

  5.Homework:

  1. Surf the internet and look for more vocabularies about Christmas Day in west countries culture, share them with your family.

  2. Write down some words and make a card for your family. 作业设计不仅是对第一课时知识的巩固和拓展,亦是对第三课时的阅读和写作做铺垫。
