所教班级学生都在20人以上，学生对学习英语比较感兴趣，有个别学生英语基础知识薄弱，学习英语的积极性不高，课后运用英语的实践活动很少。

本课通过询问天气状况的话题，侧重于学习部分城市的具体天气情况。学习表达自己所在城市的天气状况。学会问：What鈥檚 the weather like in Xi鈥檃n today?会说 It鈥檚 sunny/cloudy/windy .等句型。掌握单词和短语
4．教学目标
1.) 知识与能力：
What鈥檚 the weather like in 鈥�?
It's sunny/rainy/ snowy/cloudy/ windy.
It's hot /cool/cold/warm.
会说会用会写这些单词和短语:
Hot, cold，warm,cool，fine，the weather report,in Xi鈥檃n
2). 过程与方法：
运用图文对照法，帮助学生较为直观地学习单词，适时展示幻灯片，与学生互动，让学生理解每幅图的意思，进一步培养学生的听、说、读、写能力。
3.)情感态度价值观：
掌握句型、理解句子的意思，利用多媒体课件培养学生认知事物的能力。

1）热身（Warming up）
A）师生一起做动作，说唱上一课学的儿歌Weather , 以此来复习词汇。
B) 通过手偶A(Liu Mei)和B(Wang Shi)对话引出本课重点句型和词汇 .

W:I鈥檓 watching TV.
L:What鈥檚 on?
W:Weather reports after the news.
L:How is the weather tomorrow?
W:It鈥檚 cloudy in Beijing. The temperature is eight to fourteen . It鈥檚 cool.
L:What鈥檚 the weather like in Harbin？
