　　胡冠平:我在教学新的四会单词前，会对前面学过的四会单词进行复习，然后再教学新的单词，帮助学生进行不断的复习。并且我还在早上或者课前进行集体默写，让学生对自己的复习情况进行检查。

　　教后反思

　　人教版小学英语从四年级上册开始，除了要求学生掌握26个英文字母的听、说、读、写之外，还要求学生掌握一些单词，能听、说、认读，并且能在四线格中进行拼写。这个要求使四年级的学生一下子觉得有点不大适应，有些学生连26个字母的听、说、读、写都觉得很吃力，现在要求他们掌握单词的拼写，的确有点累。所以，怎么样帮助他们掌握这些单词，便成了老师的重要任务。

　　胡冠平：教学设计贴近学生的实际生活，激发了学生内在学习动机，使学生很快地进入了学习状态。同时，又通过丰富多彩的情景设计，调动学生学习积极性，为学生创造了运用语言进行交际的机会，使学生有话可说，从而也提高了学生的语言实践能力。

　　四年级英语教材是就三年级开始刚换的人教版教材，怎么说呢？总觉得这套教材教起来不是那么顺手，我看了一下三年级教材还觉得难于程度适中，学生们接受起来也算得心应手。但四年级的，跨度却有点大，除了大量的单词外，就是不短的对话，不要说学生觉得有点生畏，就连我也不知道如何才能让学生一节课完成这么多的内容这就是老师的目标。

　　胡冠平：我在教学四会要求单词时，先通过日常谈话引出要学的四会单词，然后把它写到黑板上的四线格中，边写边让学生一起拼写，让学生注意单词的书写格式和书写方法。然后再与学生一起拼写，并告诉学生一些单词的发音规则，告诉他们哪些字母和字母组合通常发什么音，以便于他们对单词的记忆。

　　教后反思

　　只要学生们把这几个句型掌握熟练了，那么就算他们完成预定目标了。其实，就四年级学生或者说小学阶段而言，学英语主要是培养他们的兴趣，在教学中充分采用多种形式的教学手段，也是提高效率的重要途径
