　　Read and write

　　(1)Show a toy robot. T: Class, we have a new friend today. He s Robot. Let s say " Hello, Robot!" What can he do? Can Robot make the bed / set the table /play chess / do the dishes / use the chopsticks / use the computer?

　　(2)Open the books. Listen and read.

　　(3)If the students don t understand, teacher will explain.

　　(4)Fill in the blanks after reading.

　　(5)Write the sentences correctly.

　　Group work

　　(1)Listen to the tape. Repeat after the recording. Pay attention to the pronunciation andthe meaning of the sentence " But Id like to have a try!"
