  (一)、教学内容:

  新标准英语第三册Module 7 Travel Unit 2 We 鈥榬e going to visit the Ming Tombs.

  (二)、教学目标

  1、知识目标:使学生能听说、认读本课单词: Ming Tombs /stone animals /camel / scary /monster.能准确理解并熟练运用鈥淚鈥檓 going to go to鈥. We are going to go to/ visit鈥.鈥

  2、技能目标:通过活动体验,交流旅行计划,发展学生的综合语言运用能力。

  3、情感目标:使学生能主动表达自己或团队的旅行计划,学会关心他人,培养学生良好的语言学习习惯和团队精神,让英语课堂真正生活化。同时,对学生进行热爱祖国大好河山的教育。

  (三)、教学重点

  1、学习运用be going to 句型。

  2、掌握单词及词组:the Ming Tombs/stone animals/camel.

  3、学唱歌曲We鈥檙e going to go to the zoo.

  (四)、教学难点

  在真实情景中灵活运用新知识介绍自己或团队的旅行计划.

  (五)、教学步骤

  一、Warmer:

  Greetings:

  二、Revision

  1.Have you been to liuzhou ? Do you know Maohe zoo? Do you like going to the zoo? There are many kinds of animals in it.

  2.Ok,today let鈥檚 go into the animal world first.(播放课件中有关动物单词的复习内容)

  3. If you go to the zoo,what animals are you going to visit? 操练句型I鈥檓 going to visit__________.or I鈥檓 going to visit__________and __________.(提问不同的学生,让学生自由介绍自己喜欢参观的动物名称)

  三、A new lesson:

  1、A riddle: Here we are going to meet a new animal friend. Please guess: My name starts with a C and end with an L. I live in the desert, a hard place to live. I can carry people and their goods . What am I?

  Look,what鈥檚 this? 教学新单词camel.

  2、In this winter holiday,I鈥檓 going to go to Beijing. And I鈥檓 going to visit the Ming Tombs. 教学单词the Ming Tombs。Do you know the Ming Tombs ? 师生讨论交流The Ming Tombs的文化背景知识。

  3、带领学生走进明陵,初步了解明陵都有些什么,Let鈥檚 go into the Ming Tombs. And see what鈥檚 in it? 教学单词 stone animals/scary/monster/camel.

  4、课本活动1教学:

  (1)Ms Smart, Amy, Sam, Lingling and Daming are going to travel. Open your books. Let鈥檚 look and listen.Where are they going to go ? What can they see?

  播放课文录音,回答问题: Where are they going to go tomorrow?

  提问学生回答:They are going to visit the Ming Tombs.

  (2)Play the tape again,ask the students to listen carefully,then choose the best answers:

  ① They can see stone animals, lions, ___________.

  A. bears and monkeys B. pandas and parrots C. camels and elephants

  ② __________are afraid of (害怕) the scary animals .

  A. Amy and Sam B. Lingling and Daming C. Ms Smart

  (3)播放课文录音,学生跟读,注意模仿其语音语调。

  (4)全班同学齐读课文一次。

  5.拓展活动。播放幻灯片中Beidaihe( Hebei), Bingmayong ( Xi鈥檃n), The Sea world (Da Lian), Mao Zedong鈥檚 Old Homes, West Lake (Hangzhou), Mount Tai (Shandong), Disneyland (Hong kong), The Great Wall, the EXPO (Shanghai),让学生在欣赏图片的同时了解我国的伟大,激发他们热爱祖国大好河山的情感。让他们四人一组,制定计划,互相交流. 表格如下:

  Where are you going to go?

  What are you going to visit?

  We are going to go to ____________.

  We are going to visit ______________.

  让几组学生上台说说他们的计划。

  四、Listen and say ,then sing.

  1. Ask the whole class to read the words together.

  2. Ask them to read after the tape.

  3. Sing the song together with the tape.

  五、Homework.

  1、听录音,表演对话。

  2、向别人介绍你的寒假旅行计划。

  六、Sum up:小结本节课并渗透情感教育

  Our country is very beautiful and big . We love our country .We love China!

  教学反思:本节课极大地调动了学生对旅游主题的兴趣从而引发了学生对英语学习生活化的激情,老师与学生配合融洽,但在互动交流环节老师的示范作用不够明显,还是有些学生不懂怎么去完成表格计划;还有就是有些担心时间不太够,没有设计交通工具这个问题,如有会让这个表格更完善。
