  tape, radio, some picture cards

  教学过程:

  一、Warming-up

  1. Sing a song: < Fishes, Fishes, where are you>

  2. Act out the dialogue

  二、Revision

  1. What have you got? I鈥檝e got鈥

  2. What鈥檚 Kitty got? She鈥檚 got鈥

  3. Make a new dialogue

  三、Presentation

  1. Teaching the words 鈥 aviary, plant house, pond, fountain鈥 (show a picture of City Park) Look, this is a picture of City Park. It鈥檚 nice and clean. This is an aviary, there are many birds in the aviary. Who鈥檚 that? That is Alice. She鈥檚 on a swing. What鈥檚 this? It鈥檚 a plant house, there are many plants in the plant house. Oh, a big tree, the fountain is under the big tree. How beautiful! Read these words

  2. Teaching the prepositions: in on under

  Using the book and a box. Place the book on the box so that the students can see the action. To elicit: in the box on the box under the box

  Make some phrases: in the bag( desk, sky..)

  3. Where鈥檚 the鈥Γ It鈥檚 in 鈥

  ( Show some pictures) Where is the bird? It鈥檚 in the tree. Where鈥檚 the cat? It鈥檚 in the street.

  Practice in pairs: Where鈥檚 the pencil? 3) Look at the pictures quickly, then guess: Where is the鈥Γ

  4. Where鈥檚 鈥Γ He鈥檚鈥 She鈥檚鈥 ( the same way 3)

  四、Consolidation

  1. Listen to the tape

  2. Invite individual students to draw the characters and four objects in ask about in the big picture on the board

  3. Listen and number ( photocopiable page 35)

  4. Guessing game: Where鈥檚 the book?
