　　1．能够听说、读写句子：When is your birthday? It’s in May. My birthday is in June. Uncle Bill’s birthday is in June, too.

　　2．能够听懂、会说Read and write部分的对话并能完成对话下面的表格。

　　3．了解Good to know部分的内容。

　　一、教学重点：

　　1．能够认读Read and write部分中出现的粗体句子。

　　2．能够完成对话下面的表格和问题。

　　二、教学难点：

　　能够正确默写出本课的重点句型：When is your birthday? It’s in May. My birthday is in June. Uncle Bill’s birthday is in June, too.

　　三、课前准备：

　　1．教师准备教学过程中所需要的图片、声音和课件。

　　2．教师准备录音机及录音带。

　　四、教学过程：

　　1．Warm—up（热身）

　　活动一：转一转

　　教学参考时间：4分钟

　　① 学生看单词卡片，认读12个月份。

　　② 教师出示标有12个月份的大转盘，在转动指针前提问：“Which month is it?”，让学生判断，如“It’s July/June ….”等。

　　活动二：Good to know

　　教学参考时间：3分钟

　　① 教师给出“Chinese Zodia”中的动物，让学生根据图中的动物猜一猜“Chinese Zodia”是什么意思：十二生肖。

　　② 请学生试着用英语说一说图中的12个动物，并说一说自己是哪个生肖。

　　2．Presentation（新课呈现）

　　活动三：说一说

　　教学参考时间：6分钟

　　① 教师拿着家庭照片，指着自己的母亲对学生说：“Do you know her? She is my mother. Her birthday is in September.”。而后问学生：“When is your mother’s birthday?”，帮助学生说出：“My mother’s birthday is in ….”。

　　② 请若干名学生提问其他同学：“When is your mother/father’s birthday?”。

　　③ 学生两人之间做对话练习。

　　④ 鼓励学生说一说其他家庭成员的生日，如：My uncle/sister/grandma’s birthday is in ….。
