  pictures,tape-recorder

  Teaching steps:

  Step 1. Greetings & Revision

  1)T:Class begins!

  Ss:Stand up!

  T:Good morning,boys and girls.

  Ss:Good morning,***.

  T:Sit down,please.

  Ss:Thank you.

  teach:Thank you.

  2)T:Can you say “Hello” “Hi” or “Good morning!” to your classmates?

  (你能用“Hello” “Hi”或 “Good morning!”和你的同学们打招呼吗?)

  practice in pairs & act.

  3)Review the words:morning noon afternoon  evening

  Good morning/afternoon/evening!

  Step 2:Presentation

  1)T:We have learned how to greet with others.( 我们已经学过了怎样和别人打招呼)Today we‘ll learn three words.

  T:Look at this picture.What’s this?

  ( 指名答)

  T:Yes,what‘s its name?Today we’ll learn it.

  teach:Kitty

  (齐读)(跟读)(指名)(小组)(齐读)(跟读)(高低声读)(开火车)

  T:Kitty,Kitty,Meow,Meow,Meow

  (跟读)(小组读)

  2)T:Look at this picture.What is this?Is this Kitty?

  Ss:No.

  T:Yes,you‘re right.It’s not Kitty.It‘s Doggie.

  teach:Doggie

  (齐读)(跟读)(指名)(小组)(齐读)(跟读)(高低声读)(开火车)

  T:Doggie ,Doggie.Woof,Woof,Woof.

  3)T:Look at this picture.Is it Kitty?

  Ss:No.

  T:Is this Doggie?

  Ss:No.

  T:It’s baby.
