  Asking 鈥淗ow鈥 question to find the quantity: How many鈥Γ

  教学准备:

  tape, radio, some picture cards

  教学过程:

  一、Warming-up

  1. Sing a song:

  2. Tell a story:

  二、Revision

  1. Listen and act: Count from one to 鈥

  2. Look at the pictures and practise in pairs:

  S1: Count the chairs. S2: There are seventeen chairs.

  三、Presentation

  1. Teaching the words 鈥 rope, hoop鈥

  Bring a real rope and hoop, ask the students 鈥 What is this?鈥 To elicit 鈥 rope, hoop鈥 Read them, then do the action

  Can you skip the rope? Can you play the hoop?

  Sing a song:

  2. Teaching 鈥淗ow many boys? There are six boys.鈥

  Show a picture of a playground, there are some pupils in the playground, they鈥焤e doing morning exercises. Count the boys and the girls. There are鈥 boys.

  How many boys? S: Six. Practise in pairs

  Ask some questions according to the picture How many teachers ( flowers, trees, doors, windows, girls, plants, flowers, ropes, hoops)? Students鈥 book P25 ( Fill in the blanks)

  Show some pictures, then practise in pairs

  四、Consolidation

  1. Listen to the tape

  2. Guessing game: How many ropes? How many hoops?
