  1. Pre-task Preparation

  Sing a song.Show a picture of a circus. Ask students of they have ever been to there. Discuss what you can see at a circus.Show the students picture cards to read.

  2. While-task Procedure

  Learn: Look at鈥how the multimedia. It is in a circus.

  Invite students to say aloud the animals in the picture.

  Say 鈥淟ook at 鈥.鈥

  Elicit: big and brown

  T: Look at the bear. Is it big ? What colour is it ? Is it big and brown ?

  Look the beautiful.bird. Do you know what鈥檚 its name?

  4 )Describe the parrot.

  Learn: It鈥檚 small and beautiful.

  5) How are the other animals? Do you like them? Say it.

  6) Divide the class into pairs. In pairs the students take turns to ask each other about the animals in the picture. Then they change roles. Let a few pairs practise in front of the class. The class can decide which pair is best at pretending they are at the circus.

  3. Post-task activity

  Teach the students the fun rhyme.To do the workbook Unit 2.Homework
