  1. Listen then ask and answer

  E.g. 1) Who are the two boys?

  2) Whose football is it?

  3) Can they play football in the classroom?

  4) Where can they play football?

  5) Who has a new football?

  6) Who is their teacher?

  2. Act out the dialogue.

  Play the cassette let the students listen.

  Answer the questions about the story.

  Play the cassette again. Students follow and repeat.

  Divide students into groups of three to act out the story.

  Select groups to act the story to the class.

  To practice

  Post-task activity

  Do some exercises.

  Make a new dialogue.

  Collect a pen from a more able student.

  Ask the student: Whose pen is this? To elicit : This is my pen.

  Point to the student and says to the rest of the class: This is his pen. The rest of the class repeat.

  4. Dive students into groups of three. Ask them to mime and practice the above procedures.
