  一、 教材分析:

  本单元主要介绍一些场所的名称以及与这些场所相关的职业名称,购物用语和以why提问的新概念,一年中各个月份以及和气候相关的基本词汇。此年龄阶段的学生活泼好动,求知欲强,假如教师采用灵活的教学方式,借助不同的教学媒体并尽量模拟和创设对话情景,就更能激发学生的爱好和学习热情。

  二、 教学目标:

  1. 知识目标:熟悉两个地点名称wall, grocery store

  2. 能力目标:能够灵活把握句型A ___works in a ___.建立并表述各个职业与工作地点之间的联系。

  3. 情感、态度、价值观:通过竞赛活动,调动学生的积极性,增强学生的竞争意识。

  四、教学媒体:

  课件,教学磁带机录音机,单词卡片,图片,学生自备一张纸

  五、 教学过程:

  Step 1.Class opening and Review

  1. Greeting

  T: Good morning, boys and girls.

  S: Good morning, teacher.

  2. Sing 鈥淎s I Was Going down the Street鈥

  T: There are many teachers in our classroom. Do you feel happy today?

  S: Yes, I鈥檓 happy.

  T: So let鈥檚 sing a song.

  S: Ok.

  Play the CD as you and the students sing along.

  Step 2. New Concepts

  1. Mall, grocery store

  T: Today we will learn (板书)

  Now, let鈥檚 look ay these pictures. This is a mall. (板书) The Chinese meaning is 购物中心(板书) 购物中心是一种里面有许多商店的建筑,走进一家购物中心就想走入一条商业街。Now read after me 鈥渕all鈥.

  S: Mall.

  T: Good. And this is a grocery store. (板书)The Chinese meaning is 食品店.(板书) Now read after me 鈥済rocery store鈥.

  S: Grocery store.

  T: Who can read?

  S1: Grocery store.

  S2:鈥︹(尽量多找几名学生练习)

  T: Can you buy a dress in a grocery store?

  S: No.

  T: Can you buy books and pencils in it?

  S: No.

  T: You are right.我们只能在这里买到S:食品。

  Ask students read the two words alone or together.

  2. Where do they work?

  1) Play 鈥淲hisper鈥

  T: I have many pictures of Danny. 你们想要吗?

  S: 想要。

  T:那来做个耳语游戏要不要?

  S: 要。

  T:在游戏过程中表现好的就可以得到议长。请留意挺好游戏规则。咱们按行分成八个小组,老师发给每小组的第一名同学一张单词卡片。然后每行的第一名同学转过身贴在第二名同学的耳朵边静静的,小声地告诉他你手中的单词。就这样一个一个得向后传,一直到最后一名同学为止。最后的这名同学知道单词后,快速跑到前面的讲台上找到自己所听到的单词的画面,然后再交给你们小组的第一名同学。游戏的最后是由每小组的第一名同学面向后向同学们展示单词和画面,大家判定是否一致。看那组做的又快有正确,表现好的小组每人就可以得到一张Danny的小卡片。

  2)T: Now, listen to me. I am a teacher. I work in a school. Do you know this word? (手指着题目中的work)

  S: Yes .工作,上班。

  T: Yes. Look at here. (课件)What is she ?

  S: She is a waitress.

  T: She works in a restaurant. ((点击课件)Where does she work?

  S: She works in a restaurant.

  T: That鈥檚 right. A waitress works in a restaurant. (点击课件)Read together, please.

  S: A waitress works in a restaurant.

  T: Where does a waitress work? (板书)

  S: A waitress works in a restaurant. (板书)

  T: Yes. Now read together.

  S: Where does a waitress work? A waitress works in a restaurant.

  T: Who can ask?

  S1: Where does a waitress work?

  T: Who can answer his\her question?

  S2:A waitress works in a restaurant.(找多组学生练习。)

  T: (点击课件)He is a waiter. Where does a waiter work?

  S: A waiter works in a restaurant.

  T: Oh, good. (点击课件) A waiter works in a restaurant. Who can ask and answer?

  S1: Where does a waiter work? A waiter works in a restaurant.

  S2: 鈥︹(尽量多找几名学生练习)

  T: (点击课件出示第二组图片)Look at these pictures.聪明的你能否看图完成这两个句子?

  S1: A clerk works in a department store.

  A cashier works in a department store. (点击课件出示正确的答案)

  T: Oh, you are very clever. Sit down, please. Now let鈥檚 read together.

  S: A clerk works in a department store. A cashier works in a department store.

  T: (点击课件出示第三组图片,看图说句子)一起认读businessman, businesswoman, office building同桌两人讨论一下如何组织句子进行表述。

  S:同桌讨论。

  T: Who can say?

  S1:A businesswoman works in an office building.

  S2: A businessman works in an office building. (留意a\an )

  T: Now please open your book on page 27. Let鈥檚 read after the tape .Are you ready?

  S: Yes.

  Play the audiotape.

  Step 3. Class Closing

  1. Play a game: Funny Sentences

  T: I鈥檓 tired. Let鈥檚 play a game, ok?

  S: Ok.

  T:那好,每人预备一张纸,左半部分学生每人写出一个职业名称,如:clerk, waiter,右半部分学生每人写出一个表示工作地点的单词,如:school, library.写好后由后面的同学收上来。

  T:咱们利用

  S: A _______ works in a ______.句型来做一个有趣的游戏。老师讲你们所写的随便的组合到句子中,由老师读出来,中间部分的学生来当小裁判,看看句子搭配的是否正确。
