一.教学目标:
1、 四会掌握词汇weather, spring, summer, autumn, winter, hot, cold.
2、四会掌握句型What's the weather like...?
3、三会掌握词汇season,warm,cool.
4、三会掌握日常交际用语Which season do you like best?
I like... it's ... I can..
5、会用英语表达对某个季节的喜好,并说出理由。
二、教学重点:Aim: 1,2,3,4
三、教学难点:1、四个季节的名称及其天气特征。
2、灵活运用所学句型进行交际。
四、课前准备:1、准备录音机和第七单元的磁带。
2、单词卡和一些天气图片。
五、教学过程:
Step1. Lead – in
1. Greeting
2. Sing a song “rain, rain , go away”
Step2. Presentation
1. Teach: season spring summer fall winter
There are four seasons in a year.
They are spring, summer, fall and winter.
Dicuss two questions:
1. How many seasons are there in a year?
2. What are they?(学生讨论:一年有几个季节?他们分别是什么?)
学生说一年有四个季节,分别是春天,夏天,秋天和冬天。
板书:There are four seasons in a year.
They are spring, summer, fall and winter.
Step3.practice
new words: spring, summer ,fall ,winter.
T : Let’s look at the pictures on the blackboard , 并在黑板上写出:”spring , summer , fall ,winter.”这四个单词,然后在黑板上画一个太阳、雪花、一朵小花、一些树叶。并给这些图画表上序号1——4。
T : Put to the pictures then ,It’s spring , summer , fall ,winter,让他们重复跟着老师读,反复操练。接着老师指定哪一个季节名称,让学生说出对应图画的序号。
