一、教学目标
1、使学生能听、说、读并理解本课课文。
2、使学生初步了解祈使句的特征和用法。
3、“四会”词句:
pass, mend, computer, move, hammer
Pass me the hammer and move this chair away.
May I help you?
What can I do now?
二、教学重、难点
1、初步了解并掌握祈使句的意义及其用法是本课的一个重点。
2、学生认识并会使用情态动词以及会询问他人是否需要帮助是本课的一个难点。
三、教学用具
1、自行车挂图、电脑模型、钟表、榔头、录音机。
四、教学过程
(一)复习导入
1、老师拿出钟表,将时间拨到7:40,然后问学生:
T: What time is it?
S: It’s seven forty.
T: Is it time to go to school?
S: Yes, it’s time to go to school.
T: OK, Let’s go to school.
2、老师再将时间拨到11:30,然后文学生:
T: What time is it?
S: It’s eleven thirty.
T: Is it time to go to school?
S: No, it’s time to go home.
T: OK, let’s go home.
3、通过这两组对话,引出 go to school, go home, 为学习祈使句打基础。
4、教师提问:
What are you doing?
Are you …?
What is he/she doing/
Is he/she…?
(二)新授
1、老师示意一个学生过来,说:Come here. Move the chair away. May I help you? (要我帮忙吗?常用来主动给人提供帮助。)并让另一个学生把hammer递给他,说;Give him the hammer.通过老师的动作,学生一定能明白这些句子的意思,反复练习hammer这个单词。
2、What is he doing? He is mending the desks and chairs. What can I do now? (我现在能做什么?)老师进一步讲解重点句子。
(三)巩固练习
1、学生两人一组进行对话练习。
2、老师拿出“电脑”说:computer, Move the computer away. Pass me the hammer. I am mending the computer.
3、学生自由对话:
What are you doing?
I am mending my bike.
May I help you?/ What can I do now?
Pass me the hammer.
(四)作业
1、听录音对话。
2、记“四会”词句。
3、练习类似课文内容的对话。
