  一、教学目标:

  1. 知识与技能:能使学生读、写、说出并听懂词汇:throw catch hit heavy light.了解这些单词的用法和含义。能用简单的英语表达自己的想法,并与他人进行交流,从而形成一定的口语交际能力。

  2. 过程与方法:在教学中运用实物、游戏、情景表演等多种形式,增强学习的趣味性,使学生能利用所学的词汇和句子表演本课对话,使学生能在日常的打篮球和乒乓球的活动中得以应用.

  3. 情感态度与价值观:了解祖国体育运动方面的信息。培养学生对两种球类运动的喜爱之情。关注学生的情感,营造宽松、民主、和谐的氛围,用多种形式的教学手段和丰富多彩的教学活动吸引学生参与其中,从而激发和保持学生对英语的持久兴趣,促进学生的口语交际能力。

  二、教学重难点

  教学重点:掌握throw catch hit的用法。

  教学难点:用英语进行简单的传接球的对话。

  Step 1

  Greeting

  T: Good morning, class!

  Ss: Good morning,

  Mrs Wang.

  Step 2

  Lead-in:

  T: Now, let鈥檚 look at some photos.

  Teacher shows some photos of famous player to students.

  T: Who is he/she?

  Ss: He / She is 鈥

  T: What is he / she doing?

  For example:

  Teacher shows a photo of Yao ming to students.

  T: Who is he?

  Ss: He is Yao ming.

  T: What does he do?

  Ss: He is basketball player.

  T: Do you like to basketball?

  Ss: Yes.

  T: Can you play?

  Ss: Yes, I can. /No, I can鈥檛.

  Ss: answer the questions.

  Step 1:

  To practice the daily greeting.

  录音机,乒乓球,篮球,球拍,羽毛。多媒体。课件。

  Step 1

  Teacher takes out a basketball and throws the basketball.

  T: I want to throw the basketball to you. Throw, Throw 鈥︹ (教师边做动作边重复)

  Can you catch it? (教师板书,将单词catch 写在黑板上,领着学生读单词)。

  T: Can you catch it? (指导学生说出,I can catch it).

  Teacher throws the basketball to one of the students, and says the word 鈥渃atch鈥.

  Step 2

  学生做传球游戏。一个学生扔给另一个,边扔边说:catch.

  Step 3

  Teacher takes out a ping-pang ball and throws to one of the students.

  学生开始传乒乓球。

  Step 4

  教师收回球

  T: Which one is heavy? Which one is light?

  教师板书:heavy, light. 然后教师一手拿着篮球,一手拿着乒乓球说: T: The basketball is heavy, the ping-pang ball is light.

  学生读单词,heavy, light.

  然后教师可以拿出一根羽毛和铅笔盒问学生那一个重,那一个轻。练习单词。

  第二遍小声朗读。

  看课件,根据课文内容进行活动表演。

  T: How to play ping-pang ball?

  We need use 鈥 教师边说边拿出乒乓球拍。然后读出单词:paddle. 反复领读。

  看课件,根据课文内容进行活动表演

  引导学生逐步认识新的词汇,学会在体育活动中常用的英文单词,如: throw, catch, hit. 能够应用下列句子进行表达:The basketball is heavy. The ping-pong ball is light. I鈥檓 throwing/catching the basketball. I鈥檓 hitting the ping-pong ball.
