　　教师准备带6个小动物去动物园,它们分别是1号whale , 2号panda ,3号 lion , 4号tiger ,5号 polar bear , 6号rabbit.它们正在举行fashion show看谁能进入6强,谁将得到免费的门票.再配上动感音乐,气氛更加活跃.

　　Introduce and teach the new words as following;

　　What’s this ?It’s a whale ?Is this a whale ?Yes,it is /No,it isn’t

　　The ways of practicing the new words

　　Whale : one by one(开火车形式读)

　　Panda : two by two (2人一起读)

　　Lion : four by four(小组读)

　　Tiger :the whole class reads after one student(整班跟一个学生读)

　　Polar bear:improve the voice volumn(增加或降小音量读)

　　Rabbit :read with the music method(大合唱读法)

　　(设计意图:教师通过新颖的设计Animal Fashion Show.动物时装表演,一种独特的新授单词的方法,通过多种形式的操练让学生感受到学习英语的乐趣,让学生在欢快的氛围中学习)

　　Step 3 Practice

　　1. Magic Door

　　六个小动物来到动物园门前,但是门关了,课件显示一个头或尾巴,学生必须用Is this a ..?来猜动物,猜对了,门将会打开,猜错了,门将不动.

　　2. Sound Guessing

　　动物园门开了之后便听到了广播:There will be a film in a minute .Please get on the bus.在屏幕上出现 a bus ,听声音猜动物 .For example :”Meow .Meow” 学生猜到“Is this a dog?猜对了之后,这个动物可以上车,最后,6个动物一起坐上公共汽车去看电影。

　　（设计意图：根椐小孩子对“猜”的兴致会越来越高的这一特点，利用Magic Door和Sound Guessing引起学生的兴趣，把学生的学习兴奋点调到最高处，从而既巩固前面所学的新知识，又扩大了学生的参与面。）

　　3. Film seeing :

　　学生带着问题观看一部有关动物的卡通电影.

　　1. Are they good friends ?Yes ,they are.

　　2. What other animals can you see? Hippo,lion ,giraffe and zebra.

　　(设计意图:通过卡通电影让学生明白——动物与动物之间能成为朋友,我们人类也应该和动物做好朋友，与动物和谐相处。)

　　Step 4 Extension

　　1. 学生在悲伤的音乐下观看一些动物受伤的图片。

　　2. 学生在欢快的音乐下观看动物被人们关爱和保护的图片。

　　(设计意图:让学生对这两类图片进行对比,使他们自己触景生情，触动学生内心深处的情感，“爱护、保护动物”的意识自然而然地得到了加强。)

　　Step 5 Homework

　　1. After seeing this film.Say some words to your favorite animals（运用以前所学过的知识，对动物说一句话）
