  Unit8 Mocky is late

  教学目标:

  1. 通过教师设置情景,教师引导学生观看图片、动画等多种形式,学生能够理解故事内容。

  2. 通过让学生观察时钟,学生能够理解和运用下列句型进行简单的时间表达:What time is it? It鈥檚 鈥鈥檆lock。

  3. 通过情境,孩子能初步认读词汇:time, late, early, hurry, o鈥檆lock.

  4 培养学生每天吃早饭的习惯。

  教学重点:

  1. 词汇:time hurry early late o鈥檆lock broken fix fixed won鈥檛

  2. 句型:What time is it?It鈥檚鈥︹鈥檆lock. It鈥檚 time to/for鈥︹Α

  3. 故事:理解故事大意,并初步认读故事。

  教学难点:

  1. 故事的认读。

  2. 对功能句型的理解You won鈥檛 be late again. It鈥檚 time to /for鈥Α!

  教学过程:

  Step1:Warming up

  T: 鈥淥h, I鈥檓 sorry. I鈥檓 late. I won鈥檛 be late again.鈥 Then teach 鈥渓ate鈥 ,鈥淚 won鈥檛 be late again.鈥

  Ss: Listen , understand and learn.

  T: Have Ss look at a clock and observe the time , and then learn the words and the sentence structure: time , o鈥檆lock, early , hurry. What time is it ? It鈥檚 鈥︹鈥檆lock.鈥 鈥淚t鈥檚 time to have our English class.鈥 And write the sentences on the blackboard.

  Ss:Look and learn the words and the sentence structures.

  Step2: Presentation

  一、 整体呈现故事

  Picture 1: T: 鈥淲hat is Mocky doing?鈥 鈥 What time is it ?鈥 鈥 What is Mocky going to do?鈥

  Ss:鈥滿ocky is looking at the clock.鈥 鈥 It鈥檚 four o鈥檆lock.鈥 鈥 Visit Uncle Booky.鈥

  T:鈥 Yes. It鈥檚 time to visit Uncle Booky.鈥

  T: 鈥 Is Mockky late?鈥漃lay the story without stopping .

  二、 逐图分析故事

  T: Is Mocky late?

  Ss: Yes. Mocky is late.

  T: Write the topic 鈥淢ocky is late.鈥漮n the blackboard.

  Picture 2/3: What is happening now?鈥

  Picture 4: What time is it?

  (Elicit, 鈥淚t鈥檚 five o鈥檆lock.鈥

  Picture 5: What do you think Bobby is asking Mocky?

  Picture6: What is Mocky looking at?

  Picture7/8: What is happening now?

  Picture9: What do you think is wrong with Mocky鈥檚 watch?

  (Present the word broken.)

  Picture 10: What do you think Uncle Booky has done to Mocky鈥檚 watch?

  (Present the word fix, and its past tense form, fixed.)

  三、 回归整体故事

  T: Play the story sentence by sentence.

  Ss: Watch , listen and repreat.

  T: Play the story sentence by sentence.

  Ss: Open their books and read the story.

  T: Play the whole story without stopping.

  Ss: Listen and read with it.

  Step 3: Practice

  T: Have the children read the story by themselves, teacher helps them.

  Ss:Read the story by themselves.

  T: Give a model and have the students practice in groups.

  Ss: Show in groups.

  T: Have Ss fill in the blanks and show the story.

  Ss: Fill in the blanks and show the story.

  True or false:

  1. Lulu and Mocky go to Uncle Booky鈥榮 house on Sunday.

  2.Mocky is early to go to Uncle Booky鈥檚 house.

  3.Mocky鈥檚 watch is too fast(快)。

  4.Lulu can fix the watch.

  Step 4 Set homework

  Read and act the story after class.
