　　Show the photos about Wyoming and PanChangjiang.提问：who are they ？学生回答后，进行身高比较 。引出“taller”和“shorter”和“than”的学习。

　　Answer the questions: who is taller？ Who is shorter?

　　2.Use:taller shorter make sentences。（让学生在小组里将各自的身高及一些物品如：铅笔、尺子等的长短进行比较，然后用taller、shorter描述比较的结果。）

　　3.学习 old__older young__younger

　　先让学生猜出我的年龄，激发学生的兴趣。再提问某学生：How old are you? 由师生年龄对比，学生自觉想到用older younger来描述。引出……older than …… .……younger than ……。

　　Play a game：ask“Who is older than me? Who is younger than me?” Please stand up！then say :I older／younger than you.如果出错，让该生表演一个节目。（这个游戏起到既训练了比较句型，又提高了学生注意力，而且活跃了课堂气氛的作用。）

　　Use“older younger”make sentences in myself group .

　　4.学习：strong stronger

　　出示图片来理解学习单词“strong”。提问：Liming and Zhan Hong，Who is stronger？

　　than ……。

　　三、chant（通过儿歌的形式，巩固学生对形容词比较级的记忆。）

　　Tall、tall、taller. Short、short、shorter.
