  理解课文,并掌握be+动词ing的现在进行时态。

  教学过程:

  Step 1: Warm-up and show the learning aims

  T: I鈥檓 singing. What are you doing?

  Ss: I鈥檓 鈥 (One by one)

  T: Very good! Today we鈥檒l learn 鈥淢odule4 unit1 I鈥檓 making Daming鈥檚 birthday party card鈥.(板书课题)First, please look at our learning aims. (出示本课学习目标,教师慢慢读,学生仔细看、认真听。)

  Step 2:Learn the new words and the key sentences.

  1、Play the tape ,have the students look at the text of Page 14 and underline the new words and the key sentences.

  2、Write the new words and the key sentences in the blackboard,

  ask the students to try to read and explain.

  3、Let the students remember the words in their own small groups in 3 minutes.

  Step 3: Learn the Text

  1、Read the dialogue after tape.

  2、Read the passage by oneself and understand the passage.

  3、Show the questions, get the students to answer.

  Why can鈥檛 Simon鈥檚 mum carry everything?

  Who can help her?

  Who can鈥檛 help her?

  4、Read in groups and act it out.

  Step 4: Finish a task

  1、Copy the words and the key sentences three times

  2、Make sentences:

  Who can help me?

  Sorry, I can鈥檛. / Yes, I can /I can help you. (一生做动作,其他学生回答。)

  3、Do the exercise 3 of the student鈥檚 book on page 15.

  Step 5:Summary

  1、The teacher says:Today we learnt some new words

  The students says: Card ,careful , balloon , fly away ,stairs ,mess

  2、The teacher says :be+动词ing表示:

  The students says : 正在做什么

  板书设计:

  I鈥檓 making Daming鈥檚 birthday card.
