　　Step 1 Warm-up

　　1. Sing an English song.

　　2. Act and guess: What did I do? Review the past tense.

　　Step 2 Introduction

　　1. Show a photo of Yang Liwei and ask: Who鈥檚 he? What do you know about him?

　　2. Show the flying rocket and tell the story about it.

　　Step 3 Presentation

　　1. Put the chart on the blackboard and ask the children to look at the picture carefully.

　　2. Play the cassette and circle the new words.
