2.所在班级情况,学生特点分析
六年级一班现有学生 55人,年龄大约11---12岁,他们是从一年级起就开始学英语,学过的教材有:《新世纪小学英语》一至四册,冀教版三至七册。因此整班英语程度都还不错,尤其是听、说、读、演方面。个别后转生由于其他因素程度稍落后一点,主要是书写习惯和学习方法方面问题较多。上学期通过采用边学习新知识边复习旧知识相结合的方法及教师辅导与学生一帮一,这些学生英语学习有进步,书写也漂亮了。
3.教学内容分析:
本课内容主要为如何挑选纪念品礼物及询问价格。有六个新单词需要认知,句型理解不存在较大问题,需要加强熟练运用的能力。

●掌握四会单词:every flag
●认读理解单词:souvenirs gift expensive cheap cost surprise
●巩固及熟练运用重点句型:How many_____?
How much_____?

●souvenirs, expensive, surprise 的读音。
●重点句型在实际生活中的熟练运用。

Step1 Revision
1)Greetings
2)Oral-spelling
3)Free talk: Where do you want to go on your holiday?
Where is it?
How far is it from Baiyin?
How do you go there?
By bus? By plane?
Step2 Presentation
1)出示一个装满纪念品和国旗的盒子,摇晃,问答:
Look, this is a box, guess, what are these in it?(引出souvenir,flag,板书,领读)
How many____ are there?
Guess, how much are they?(说出价格,引出expensive, cheap,板书,领读)
2)将纪念品与国旗分发给学生,进行上述句型口头问答练习
3)出示盒子,告知学生It鈥檚 a surprise for someone. (引出surprise,板书,领读)
4)Listen, take notes and try to answer:
What does Li Ming want to do before he go to China?
How many gifts does he need?
How much for the books and the flags?
Are they cheap or expensive?
What surprise does he buy for Jenny?
5) Discuss with group members.
6) Check the answers.
Step3 Practice
1) Read the text.
2) Game: Rabbit Ears(认真听老师读课文,找出故意读错的地方,挑错最多的得到surprise的奖励)
Step4 Drill
收集学生铅笔盒,书,手表,饮料等物品,进行口语表演、问答练习。

Step5 Homework
1) Listen and read for 15鈥30 minutes.
2) Try to buy something in a store and speak it in English with the clerk, then take a list about things and prices.
