  教学目标 :

  1. 知识目标:

  (1)能听得懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词hot ,cold ,ill ,tired ,hungry ,thirsty .

  (2)听得懂、会说、会读和会写句子What’s the matter? I’m …

  (3)能用贴切的形容词表述自己的感觉。

  (4)单词tired的读音要到位。

  2. 情感目标:

  通过学生自己发现新课,组织对话等活动,培养学生自主学习,积极合作探究的意识和能力;并通过对卖火柴的小女孩及三毛等人物的描述,让学生懂得关爱他人。

  3.能力目标:

  学生能运用所学的句型互相合作进行扩展性对话。

  教学重、难点:

  1.能听得懂、会说、会读,会拼写单词hot、 cold、 ill、 tired、hungry、 thirsty .

  教具准备:

  师:生词卡片(hot cold hungry thirsty tired ill happy help)课件,影音资料等;

  生:食品、饮料、服装、扇子等。

  教学过程

  Step I Greet the class and check the homework.

  (设计意图:与学生问候,融入课堂,检查作业为新授课做准备,导入课堂。)

  Step II Show the new words on the screen.

  Read the new words to students and ask them to repeat.

  (设计意图:学习词汇为学习课程做好准备。)

  Step III 2a

  Now open your books and turn to page 26. First read the eight items to students and ask them to repeat.

  1.toothache 2.sore throat 3.stomachache 4. fever 5.lie down and rest

  6.hot tea with honey 7.see a dentist 8.drink lots of water

  (设计意图:学习生病后要采取的措施,提出建议。)

  Step IV 2b

  First look at the four pictures. Each picture illustrates of the conversations. Now we’ll listen to the conversations again. This time listen for the missing words. Write the missing words on the blackboard.

  (设计意图:指导学生通过填空,明白生病后要采取的措施,提出建议,更加形象生动的描述出生病后要采取的措施,提高学生学习的兴趣。)

  Step V 2c Pairwork

  First I’ll have two students read the dialogue in the box. OK. You two please.

  Sa: What’s the matter?

  Sb: I have a toothache.

  Sa: Maybe you should see a dentist.

  Sb: That’s a good idea.

  Ask students to work in pairs.

  (设计意图:进一步巩固本课的目标语言知识,生生互动,提高学生参与学习的意识。)

  Step VI Grammar Focus

  I have a headache.

  He has a stomachache.

  She has a toothache.

  You should go to bed.

  He shouldn’t eat anything for 24 hours.

  She should see a dentist.

  (设计意图:进一步巩固所学的知识,加强语法的学习。)

  Step VII Homework

  This class we’ve leant some advice to people in advertisements for cold medicines , pain medicines and other medicines. Please recover the name and picture of the medicines in the advertisement and leave only the person. Next class we’ll play a game.

  (设计意图:进一步操练和巩固所学知识,加强学习效果。)
