  This lesson teaches students irregular past鈥攖ense verbs: eat-ate、see-saw、go-went、is am-was、have-had .

  They can say and understand 鈥済ift鈥.

  Can say the new words and sentences.

  Can use them to say something about the text.

  3. 情感目标:

  They can converse in common situations.

  二、教学重点:

  The irregular past-tense verbs: ate 、saw、 went 、(had 、was ).

  三、教学难点:

  They can use the oral phrase .

  四、教学媒体:

  录音机、教学卡片

  五、教学过程:

  Step1 Class Opening and Review

  1. Greeting.

  T: Are you happy today?

  How are you?

  How鈥檚 the weather today?

  S: Answer.

  2. Review

  T:(Did you miss me? This is for you .)

  Let鈥檚 play a game 鈥渢ravel鈥:

  To review some words such as helped, liked, wanted, worked.

  Ask each row of students, one by one, to come to the front of the class and stand in a line. Say a sentence to each student in past or present tense. Each student gives the corresponding past or present tense sentence.

  Step 2 New Concepts.

  1. Make a chart on the blackboard as show below.

  today yesterday

  (today's date) (yesterday's date)
