T: Boys and girls, please look at the picture of the goat, Is this a goat? Please repeat the sentence.

T: Yes, it is.

T: Look at the picture of the insect, Is this an insect?
Ss: Yes, it is.
T: Look at the picture of the tiger. Is this a lion? No, it isn’t.

T: Look at the picture of the lion. Is this a tiger?
Ss: No, it isn’t.
设计意图:首先图片的出示容易吸引学生的注意,激发学生学习的兴趣,然后教师用Is this …?提问,已经让学生对动物的单词及句型有一个视觉和听觉的整体感知,从前一步“复习旧识”自然过渡到“学习新知”,同时也为以后的教学活动作了铺垫。
