  教学目标:

  知识:

  1. 复习What do you do on Monday…? What day is it today?

  What does he/she do?

  2.感知字母组合ow, ou的读音。

  能力:

  1.小组交流的过程培养学生的交流能力;

  2.培养学生的认读能力。

  情感:

  1.听录音辩别不同发音,培养学生认真细致的学习态度;

  2.鼓励学生大胆表达培养学生的敢于表达的自信心。

  教学重难点:

  复习句型What do you do on Monday…? What day is it today?

  字母组合ow, ou的读音。区分字母读音

  教学准备:

  教学卡片,磁带

  调查活动:

  What do you do in a week?

  教学过程:

  Ⅰ。Review (5)

  1. Words of the week.

  2. What day is it today?

  3. What do you do on Monday?

  4. What does he/she do on Monday?

  Ⅱ。Sounds and letters (15)

  1.Have the students look at the pictures of cow, brown, house, mouse, cloud and owl. Have them observe what the same among the words.

  2. Play the tape and have the students read after the tape.

  3. What’s sound for ow and ou?

  Ⅲ。 Listen for sounds1. Have the students say a word about each picture.

  2.Tell the students they are going to listen to the words and cross the words that don’t belong.

  3. Play the tape.

  4. Check the answer.

  Ⅳ Read with Uncle Booky

  1. Have the students look at the words and observe.

  2. Play the tape and have them repeat after the tape.

  Ⅴ。 Uncle Booky’s Blackboard (5)

  Use cards to practice the structures on the blackboard.

  1.Have students work in pairs to practice. Use the structures, what do you do on Monday? I go to school…

  2. Have some pairs show their works.

  VI.Touch, ask and say

  1. Have the students look at the pictures and talk about the pictures.

  2. Have the students read the dialogue between Wang ling and Ann.

  3. Have the students work in pairs to ask and answer.

  4.Have the students do a survey, using the structure what do you do on Monday/Tuesday/ Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday.

  5. Show some works.

  V.Set homework.:Listen to the tape at home.
