教学目标：

（学生跟着课件，边唱边拍手，把学生带入欢乐的学习英语的氛围）

We know we have learned something about England,让学生欣赏英国的景点图片（River Thames.Big Ben.Tower Bridge），then ask the students:What is the capital of England? London is the capital of England.（通过复习旧知识为下面学习做好铺垫）通过复习来看，我发现同学们对所学只是的掌握还是比较扎实的，很好。

project project 综合实践活动
在做这个综合实践活动之前，我有三个任务需要大家分组来完成，让学生四人一组进行讨论以下问题，（让每小组各派一名代表说一下你们的讨论结果，可以用汉语说）
1. What鈥檚 the America鈥檚 another name?
2.What language do the people speak ?
3.What is the capital of America？
出示美国国旗，提问which country has this flag? Do you know?并出示美国地图从而进行 鈥淎merica鈥澖萄В僖雒拦牧硪桓鲋炙捣ǎ簍he USA ,并学习单词also called
问学生：Can you read the map?告诉学生地图上怎样识别方位，并告诉学生识别地图对我们以后学习地理是非常重要的，上北下南左西右东，在这里可以先学习东.西两个方位，在地图上用课件出示东边和西边，并学习两个重点单词 east west
east east east （升降调读） 拍手学习：左手 west 右手east 教师发指令学生做，并叫个别学生上讲台练习。看谁的反应快。并奖励
并学习口诀 east east in the east（告诉学生east发的是元音，所以读作鈥渢he鈥澣醚勒獾悖� west west in the west（边拍手边学习口诀，或男女生读，大小声读）
出示正在说话的两个美国人，并提问：What language do the people speak? 并学习句子和单词speak（强调一下字母k的发音） ,（对刚开始讨论的最后一个如果没有讨论出正确答案，就在这解决。：反之就直接引出说我们知道Washington D.C. is the capital of America.）刚才我们的三个任务最后一个问题What is the capital of America？没有讨论出最后结果，向学生出示课件：引出单词Washington D.C、引出句子：It鈥檚 in the east
那同学们知道美国的一些有名的城市么？San Francisco、New York（同时要学生欣赏有关这些城市的著名景点,）;（学生们会觉得San Francisco的读音比较难，需要多练习，我在教时是先分音节读，再男女生分开读，或大小声读，齐读），并提问这些城市的方位， It鈥檚 in the east.（在这里还要提醒一下这个句子中单词the的发音） It鈥檚 in the west.（刚开始学习了这两个单词，所以在这里学生能很快掌握这两个句子。）
单词操练方式：①开火车式的读单词，并及时纠正学生错误的语音；②大声读、小声读、用不同语气来读。③分组读等方法
（最后问通过学习美国和英国，你们觉得怎么样？Do you like Americe or England? Do you want to go to America or England one day?Now You should study English hard.争取有一天能够去美国和英国去深造学习）

（1） Listen and answer: 合上课本，只听录音回答你在录音中听到了那些城市名称？
（2） Listen point and answer

（3） Listen and repeat 第一遍跟读时一句一句的跟读例如：Look,Sam./This is my project./It鈥檚 about America. 第二遍跟读时要整句的跟读，不停顿。例如：Look,Sam.This is my project.It鈥檚 about America
（注意课文中较难读的单词的读音，在听力跟读这一环节中要反复练习）

2.Pairwork
同桌之间在一张纸上画出方向标，用自己身边的学习用品（pencil,pen ，课本,或者是用手在方向标上画一些物品等放在方向标的不同位置，互相问答

3.Guessing game （把全班学生分成两组，每组都有一次机会，对猜对的小组加分，最后看那一组获胜；把学生们猜的物品逐渐增加。）
4.分组抢答游戏 出示中国地图 （还是根据刚才的分组进行抢答，给答对的小组加分，教师问学生抢答或这是让学生当小老师进行提问。）
5.Talk about your friends
老师先举例说自己的朋友在哪？I live in Shandong.
My friend lives in Xinjiang.
然后让学生们四人一组交流自己的朋友，然后汇报交流结果。

同桌互相交流学习课本活动一，分别扮演Daming和Sam。
回家后和家长交流其他国家的城市，首都等下节课在课上交流。
