教学目标：
A. Language and Ability aims:
1. The students will be able to talk about the following pictures about jobs （basketball player, magician, butcher, baker, housewife and businessman） with the pattern: He鈥檚 a鈥� She鈥檚 a鈥�
2. The students will be able to get information about job by using the patterns: What does he/she do? What does he/she want to be?
B. Emotional aims:
1. The students will have a good cooperation with each other by playing games and doing activities together.
2. The children will realize the importance of different jobs by talking about people working hard to make contribution to the society （What鈥檚 her/his job? What does she/he do every day? ）。
教具准备：
Pictures, CD-Rom, sheet
教学过程：
一、 Warming up.
1） Greetings.
2） Free Talk.
二、Review.
1） Talk with the students and review the main words and patterns with pictures.
2） Read the words together.
3） Practice the pattern: What does he/she do? by a turntable game.
三、 Presentation.
1）Show pictures of some people, talk about their jobs and learn the new words.
2） Read the words and play a game: One-Two, Two-One.
3） A guessing game.
4） Show a picture of Gogo鈥檚 Park to have Ss talk about the people鈥檚 jobs.
四、 Conversation.
1. T: We鈥檝e known the people鈥檚 jobs now. What about Gogo? What does he want to be when he grows up? A doctor? A teacher?
2. Have Ss watch the video and answer the following questions:
What does the woman do?
What does the man do?
What does Tony want to be?
What does Gogo want to be?
3. Repeat the talk after the recording, and then read the talk together.
4. Role Play in oral.
五、 Activity and Consolidation.
1. T: Now, children. We鈥檝e known Gogo wants to be a magician and Tony wants to be a fire fighter. When I was a little girl, I wanted to be a teacher. Because I love my mother, father and my teachers. And I thought teaching is a very interesting thing. What about you? What do you want to be?
