　　Step1 Revision

　　Ss read the words.（bean\ cabbage\ onion\ mushroom\ potato.）

　　Ss read the story after the tape.

　　Step2 Words to learn

　　1 T: Guess, what vegetables are these?

　　鈥淭hey red, they are round. （tomatoes） What vegetables are red? （peppers） Ss read the words.

　　T: They are round, they are green,

　　what are they? （cabbages）

　　What vegetables are also green?

　　（cucumbers） Ss read the words.

　　T: They are round, they are purple,

　　what are they?

　　What vegetables are also purple? （eggplants） Ss read the words.

　　Ss open the books at page 16.

　　Read the new words after the tape.

　　Ss read the words in pairs.
