2. Can use the sentence pattern You鈥檙e a 鈥� to make dialogues.

1. Letter Ll and the pronunciation.
2. Understand new words and read the sentence.
教学准备：
Textbook, teacher鈥檚 book, tape recorder, tape, letter鈥檚 cards.
教学过程：
Step 1 Warming up
1. Greeting.
2. Sing a song.
Step 2 Presentation and drill
1. Review letters Aa, Bb, Cc, Dd, Ed, Ff, Gg, Hh, Ii, Jj, Kk. Elicit the new letter Ll.
Guide to read it in rise intonation and drop intonation.
2. Guide to write big letter L and small letter l.
3. Listen and who can imitate the words that Ll as in, then found the pronunciation of letter Ll in those words.
4. Open books, ask Ss listen to the tape of Part E, read and point.
Step 3 Practise
1. Game: Making friends.
Match big letters and small letter.
2. Listen and try to understand the sentence, then clap and read it in groups.
3. Learn to sing the song You鈥檙e a lion.
Step 4 Consolidation
1. Create situation and make dialogues.
Situation: One day, Dino comes to the farm lonely and he meets a frog.
Dino: Hello！ I鈥檓 Dino. Who are you?
Frog: Guess！
Dino: You鈥檙e a hen.
Frog: No, I鈥檓 not. I am a frog.
Dino: Oh, sorry. You鈥檙e a frog. Glad to meet you！
Frog: Glad to meet you too！
