教学目标:
1. 复习巩固句型Happy New Year! What鈥檚 this/ that? It鈥檚鈥his is for you.
2. 能听懂、会说、会读Happy birthday!
3. 能听懂、会说、会读单词toy, ah, ha.
4. 能听懂、会说、会读、会写字母Xx, Yy, Zz.
重点难点:
1. 能看懂、会表演Cartoon time部分对话。
2. 正确书写和认读字母Xx, Yy, Zz.

教学过程:
Step 1 Warming up
T: New Year is coming. Are you happy? Happy New Year! Let鈥檚 sing a song 鈥 Happy New Year鈥
Step2 Presentation and practice
1. Talk and review
Took, I have some presents for you. Would you like them? If you can read it and spell it correctly, I鈥檒l give it to you. 教师拿出事先准备好的新年礼物a doll, a ball, a car
T:What鈥檚 this?
S1:It鈥檚 a 鈥
T:Can you spell it?
S1:Yes. 鈥
T:Yes,you are right. This is for you .Happy New Year!
S1:Thank you.
教师引导学生一起总结: You can use 鈥渨hat鈥 to ask about things. You can accept a present and say 鈥淭hank you鈥
Share New Year presents in groups.四人小组内互赠课前准备的礼物并进行对话

2. Learn cartoon time

T:You got a lot of nice presents. The robot also got a New Year present from his friend. It鈥檚 in a box but locked. Who knows the code?(密码就是单词bo__的正确拼写,让学生补充字母x的填空)
Open the box. It鈥檚 a toy zebra. 体会鈥測鈥 鈥渮鈥澐⒁簦萄Ш桶迨閅y Zz大小写写法,注意区别Yy的大小写
Take out your exercise paper. 学生每人一张练习纸
Look at the picture.(图上一个男孩正在动物园看斑马)
Complete the sentence. A bo_ is looking at the fo_ in the _oo. 学生根据教师的单词发音填入正确的字母
Discuss in groups. Check the answer.

每组发一张评价纸,内容包括书上提及的三个方面并适当拓展评价的其他标准,如是否主动参与小组活动,是否会唱鈥滺appy New Year!鈥澋群托履昃刍嵊泄氐哪谌荩睦恍┫喽阅芰先醯难
小组内进行互评,用打星数来评价完成情况。
Step 5Homework
1.在生活中搜集一些含有字母的标识标记,如车牌等,在本上写几个。
2.向家人和朋友致新年祝福,形式不限,可以唱英文歌或用英语交换礼物,注意礼貌。
3.复习和巩固本单元后,在书上55页做自我评价,检验自己是否有进步。

教学反思:
动画时间的故事学习不能停留在会读理解上,而应更注重学生模仿和听力习惯培养,逐渐培养学生边听边做标记的好习惯,同时在自己朗读时要有意识地看着标记去读,读得纯正标准。
