  Step 1: Class Opening Revision

  Greeting

  T:Hello, everyone.

  Ss: Hello, teacher.

  T: How are you?

  Ss: I鈥檓 fine, thank you, and you?

  T: I鈥檓 fine, thanks. How old are you?

  S1: I鈥檓 ten years old.

  S2: I鈥檓 ten.

  T:OK,translate the sentences

  1. 生日快乐!

  2. 这份礼物是给你的。

  3. 多漂亮呀!

  4.今天是我的生日。

  Step 2: Revision

  复习现在进行时态: What are they doing?

  They are talking. What is he doing?

  He is laughing. What is she doing? She is crying What are you doing? I am singing.

  Step 3: New concept

  New words:

  play-playing

  work-working

  reach-reaching

  jump-jumping

  walk-walking

  eat-eating

  stand-standing

  特殊变化: cut-cutting sit-sitting

  T: Look at the picture, answer my questions

  3. What are Jenny and her mother doing?

  (表示正在进行的动作,需要用现在进行时,在动词的后面加-ing)

  T: Look at the second picture, answer my questions
