【学生分析】: 关于一周7天的表达法,学生之前的知识储备是,在三年级学习了单词Sunday,句型Today is Sunday。在此基础上,学生在这一教学单元学习怎样问今天是星期几?
【教材分析】:这教学单元将要学习一周7天的表达并会用What day is today? 来问今天是星期几?初步掌握进行时态的用法和其所表示的意义,并掌握系动词be和主语的搭配。掌握run, join, jump rope等几个动词。
【教法选择】:活动教学法。
【课时分配】:三课时。
Lesson4. What day is today?
(The 3rd period)
A: 教学目标【Teaching aims】:
1. 知识与能力目标(Knowledge and ability):
(1),会说会用这些句子:
What day is it today?
Mike/He/ She is jumping rope on the playground.
They/We are playing volleyball.
(2),会说会用会写这些单词:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, run, jump rope, join.
(3),会说会用Let’s go and join him/them.
2,过程与方法目标:
(1),引导学生积极参与课堂教学活动的积极性。
(2),通过参与课堂活动来学习英语,运用英语。
3 情感、态度与价值观(Emotions and attitude):
(1),通过活动,让学生体验成功,收获快乐。
(2),培养学习英语的兴趣。
(3),培养学生用英语思维的习惯。

C: 教学准备【Preparations】:
1,教师准备钟表;周一到周日的日历;放大的学校课外活动的安排表。讲活动名称换做:Jump rope/Monday, play ping-pong/Tuesday;录音机和相关部分的录音带;Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, run , jump rope, join的单词卡片;19页挂图;扑克牌若干张。
