  l Using adjectives to describe people (e.g. She鈥檚 small.)

  Listening:

  l Identify key words in an utterance by recognizing stress

  e.g. Who is he? He鈥檚 tall.

  l Locate specific information in response to simple questions

  l Discriminate between words with different initial sounds

  n-, o-, p- and q-.

  Speaking:

  l Use modelled phrases to open and maintain an interaction by providing a response to factual questions

  l Pronounce correctly words in isolation with initial sounds n-, o-, p- and q-.

  Writing:

  l Add personal information to writing when a framework is provided
