湘少版六上《How tall are you?》说课设计

　　一、说教材

　　教材内容：

　　我说课的内容是小学六年级下册第一单元A部分，Le t `learn，本课的中心话题是围绕询问身边的人或事物的年龄、身高、重量及长度并做比较的，从而掌握其形容词比较级的用法。

　　教材地位：

　　本课时教材是在五年级学习了表示年龄、身高、重量级长度的形容词以后，为了升华学生对形容词的日常运用而设计的。这些比较级对原来词汇的巩固和拓展是一个阶梯式的提高。

　　二、说目标

　　教学目标：

　　根据教材的内容和<<英语课程标准>>要求，我确定了以下教学目标。

　　【知识目标】能听、说、认读、写Let’s learn的四会单词：taller、shorter、

　　younger、older、stronger 并灵活运用入句型“I，m （tall）er than you. You’re taller than （your brother）

　　”。使学生掌握句型：“I’m /She is„„cm tall”。特别要能运用比较级句子进行自由对话，并完成let’s play。掌握长度单位centimeter的发音。

　　【能力目标】

　　1、能根据图片及真实情境说出单词和句子并学会用形容词的比较级来谈论自己和朋友，如I’m taller than you, you are stronger than me.学会用英文的长度单位来描述人身高，并能根据所给数据，对两种事物进行比较。

　　2、能够听懂教师的指令，按不同的年龄、身高排队，并用所学语言进行表述。

　　【情感目标】学生通过在英语课堂上互动学习（听、说、做动作、唱歌谣等），感受语言的魅力，激发学习兴趣。在使用句子的情境中接收新单词，改变单词教学的枯燥呆板。使学生在鼓励性评价中树立信心，在小组活动中积极参与合作；实现自由参与和创新，能主动与他人交流，并克服交流中的困难，使交际顺利进行。

　　重点难点：

　　根据学生的实际情况，结合小学生的认知规律和心理特点，我将本课的重点、难点确定为

　　1、重点：掌握的形容词比较级：taller、 shorter、 younger 、older、stronger的字形、发音，并理解其意思。

　　2、难点：能灵活使用比较用语I am （tall）er than you------,并能根据实际情况替换其关键词。掌握长度单位centimeter的发音。

　　三、说教法

　　教法设计：

　　小学英语教学应该把培养学生的学习兴趣、调动学生学习英语的主动性作为教学重点，根据学生的认知规律，本课主要采用TPR教学法并结合游戏教学法-----让学生通过听、说、唱、讨论、交流和表演的全身反应方式学习和使用英语。

　　学法指导：

　　在学习过程中，从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发，倡导体验、实践、参与和交流的学习方式，培养学生的英语综合语言运用能力，主动思维，大胆实践，形成自主学习的能力。

　　教学手段：

　　根据本课教材的特点，我除了采用常规的教学手段外，同时采用了现代教学技术，使学生的多种感官共同参与到整个学习过程中，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高课堂教学效率。

　　四、说设计

　　整个教学程序我采用了听、说、玩、演、唱一系列的教学活动，具体设计为热身——新知——趣味操练——巩固练习。

　　教学过程：

　　Step 1：Presentation

　　1、Show the CAI chapter A/1

　　T：How tall is the boy? How tall is the girl?

　　S：The boy is 140cm tall, and the girl is 100cm tall.

　　T：Yes. The boy is taller than the girl. （teach the word“taller”。）

　　（write the “taller”on the Bb）

　　（present the“shorter”follow the above steps. ）

　　2、Show the CAI chapter A/2

　　T：How old is the lady? S：She is 20 years old.

　　T：How old is the girl? S：She is 10 years old.

　　T：Yes, The lady is young。But the girl is younger. （Teach the “younger”。 Write it on the Bb） （Present the“ older” follow the above.

　　3、Show the CAI chapter A/3 （Present the “stronger”， teach it and write “stronger” on the Bb）。

　　（利用FLASH课件以动画的形式自然地导出本课生词，生动、形象、直观，符合小学生的心理特点，能抓住学生注意力，使他们积极参与教学，提高学习兴趣，并能帮助他们更好的理解句子和单词的意思。）

　　Step 2：Practice:

　　Show the CAI chapt B （tall -----taller）

　　（Have the students listen and read after it . ）

　　（Read by themselves/ in pairs.）

　　（Use the students` cards , students compete to read them in groups）

　　Ask them the same and different between the original words and the comparable words .

　　（呈现本课的形容词原形与比较级的对比形式，采用多种形式的操练，避免了单一操练的枯燥，使学生始终保持高涨的情绪。同时让学生自己归纳两者之间的异同，有利于加深学生的记忆，掌握生词的字形和发音。）

　　Ask some students to be the model ,let others compare and say the sentence”

　　×× is taller/shorter„„let them compete in groups。

　　请出各组的小模特来进行比较，学生会觉得新奇，有趣，也乐于开口说英语。这样他们在真实的环境中积极地巩固操练了形容词的比较级。

　　Step 3：Play games

　　Show the CAI chapter C——Wheel game. （When the wheel stops, groups（G） compete to use the word to make a sentence。）

　　G1: taller ，I am taller than ××。

　　G2: shorter, I am shorter than ××。

　　G3: …

　　（The group which make the most sentence will be the winner.）

　　（本部分以轮盘游戏——比赛说句子的形式操练句型，利用学生渴望获胜的心理，促使他们积极主动的学习。）

　　Let’s play

　　（In each group, students line up according to teacher’s order ,they can only speak English to get the information. the group who line up most quickly will be the winner.）

　　T: line up from taller to shorter. S1: Oh, I am taller than you. S2: I am shorter than you！

　　T：Line up„

　　（创设真实情景更接近日常生活，让学生自由对话，灵活运用句型，使呆板的句型真正地融入口语交际并为口语交际服务。）

　　Step 4：Comment

　　T：Which group is the best? （学生自评，教师可根据实际情况给予适当的评价。此评价有助于树立学生的自信心，形成继续学习的动力，同时也会起到一种榜样作用。）

　　T：Let us clap our hands for them.

　　Step 5：Consolidation and extension

　　Wb EX 1 Ask them compare the height and age with their family when they back home. （趣味性的课外作业，是对课堂教学的补充与延伸，学生运用英语描述，能得到家人的肯定，那就更能激起他们学习英语的热情。）
