　　设计意图：食物是组成身体健康的重要一部分，而且关于吃在三年级已经涉及到很多。在这里，让学生通过观察和回答问题，判断出健康的食谱应该是什么样子的，还要让学生了解哪些是健康的食物哪些是不健康的食物，形成一个健康的饮食观念。

　　2. About yourself

　　Let the students say something about their own food diet, and find what food he or she should eat more.

　　Questions:

　　a.What’s your favourite food?

　　b.What do you usually eat for breakfast?/ For lunch?/ For supper?

　　c.What food do you need to eat more?

　　设计意图： 学生在知道了什么是健康和不健康的食物后，还需要通过对自己的饮食进行判断，才能进一步巩固刚刚所初步形成的健康的饮食习惯。

　　StepⅥ Conclusion

　　T: We talked something about our health. Please think: How to be strong and healthy?

　　S1: Always eat breakfast.

　　S2: Brush your teeth.

　　S3: Do exercise.

　　S4: Eat good foods.

　　T: Very good. (Write on the blackboard.) And what else can you do to be strong and healthy?

　　S1：Sleep.

　　T: Good. And now let’s look at some other things you can do for a healthy body.

　　Show them on the computer: Be happy, Help your family…

　　设计意图：对本节课进行的总结，让学生通过学习总结出怎样做才能健康。并对课本上出现的健康习惯进行了拓展。

　　StepⅦ Task time

　　T: Look! Here is a very fat man. He wants to lose weight, can you help him?

　　Ss: Yes!

　　T: What will you do? Please write down on your paper.

　　The students write and then find some volunteers to say their plan.

　　设计意图：把所学的健康的习惯落实到写这项技能上，所以给学生设计一个任务，让他们帮助一个胖人减肥。学生可以随意运用本节课所复习的内容，形成合理方案。

　　StepⅧ Homework

　　T: Let’s look at your homework. Imagine you are a fat boy or girl, you wants to lose weight. What will you do? Please say your plan to your father and mother.

　　好的方面：

　　2.整节课比较完整，包括了本单元中的主要内容。

　　3.课堂气氛比较活跃，大部分学生能参与到课堂中来。

　　4.锻炼了学生的说的能力，如：在My day这个环节，虽然出现了大段的文章，但对于六年级的学生而言还是能接受的，不仅练习了本单元中的几个重要词组，也锻炼了学生的说的能力和语言组织的条理性。

　　需要改进的方面：

　　1.学生的互动比较少，略显沉闷，可以放手让学生自己多做练习。

　　2.复习内容太多太全面，可以着重复习其中一部分，精练精复习。
