设计意图:食物是组成身体健康的重要一部分,而且关于吃在三年级已经涉及到很多。在这里,让学生通过观察和回答问题,判断出健康的食谱应该是什么样子的,还要让学生了解哪些是健康的食物哪些是不健康的食物,形成一个健康的饮食观念。
2. About yourself
Let the students say something about their own food diet, and find what food he or she should eat more.
Questions:
a.What’s your favourite food?
b.What do you usually eat for breakfast?/ For lunch?/ For supper?
c.What food do you need to eat more?
设计意图: 学生在知道了什么是健康和不健康的食物后,还需要通过对自己的饮食进行判断,才能进一步巩固刚刚所初步形成的健康的饮食习惯。
StepⅥ Conclusion
T: We talked something about our health. Please think: How to be strong and healthy?
S1: Always eat breakfast.
S2: Brush your teeth.
S3: Do exercise.
S4: Eat good foods.
T: Very good. (Write on the blackboard.) And what else can you do to be strong and healthy?
S1:Sleep.
T: Good. And now let’s look at some other things you can do for a healthy body.

设计意图:对本节课进行的总结,让学生通过学习总结出怎样做才能健康。并对课本上出现的健康习惯进行了拓展。
StepⅦ Task time
T: Look! Here is a very fat man. He wants to lose weight, can you help him?
Ss: Yes!
T: What will you do? Please write down on your paper.
The students write and then find some volunteers to say their plan.
设计意图:把所学的健康的习惯落实到写这项技能上,所以给学生设计一个任务,让他们帮助一个胖人减肥。学生可以随意运用本节课所复习的内容,形成合理方案。
StepⅧ Homework
T: Let’s look at your homework. Imagine you are a fat boy or girl, you wants to lose weight. What will you do? Please say your plan to your father and mother.

好的方面:
2.整节课比较完整,包括了本单元中的主要内容。
3.课堂气氛比较活跃,大部分学生能参与到课堂中来。
4.锻炼了学生的说的能力,如:在My day这个环节,虽然出现了大段的文章,但对于六年级的学生而言还是能接受的,不仅练习了本单元中的几个重要词组,也锻炼了学生的说的能力和语言组织的条理性。
需要改进的方面:
1.学生的互动比较少,略显沉闷,可以放手让学生自己多做练习。
2.复习内容太多太全面,可以着重复习其中一部分,精练精复习。
