  教学目标:

  1. 能正确掌握单词及词组New York, ake some questions, in the countryside, sounds great,

  most of the times, make snowman, have snowball fights, need some warmer clothes.

  2. 能听懂,会说,会读句型What’s the weather like in…? Does it often rain in spring

  there?Which season in New York do you like best?

  教学重点、难点:

  1. 能三会掌握单词、词组及句型。

  2. 能三会掌握课文并理解意思。

  教学准备:

  图片,录音机,磁带等。

  教学过程:

  Step1 Revision

  1. T:(出示图片)Which season do you like best?

  S: I like summer.

  T: Why?

  S: Because it’s sunny. I can catch butterflies.

  2. T:Which season do you like best?

  S:I like winter.

  T: Why?

  S: Because it’s snowy. I can make snowman.

  ……

  Step2 Presentation

  1. T:What’s the weather like today/in summer/winter?

  It’s sunny.

  2. Ask and answer.

  3. T: Does it often rain/snow in spring/winter here?

  S:…

  Step3 Listen read and say

  1. Teach the new words and translate.

  a. New York

  b. ask some questions

  c. as hot as

  d. go to farms

  e. in the countryside

  f. sounds great

  g. make snowman

  h. have snowball fights

  2. 板书课题并领读。

  3. Listen to the tape and answer the questions.

  a. Who is going to New York?

  b. What does Su Yang want to know?

  c. Who is Su Yang asking for?

  d. What’s the weather like in summer in New York? What about autumn there?Does it

  often rain in spring here?Is it beautiful in spring?

  4. 领读课文并翻译。

  5. 学生分角色朗读。

  6. 完成课文下面的练习。

  Step4 Consolidation

  1. 模仿进行朗读,尽量背诵。

  2. 划出本课词组。

  Step5 Homework

  1. 抄写本课词组并翻译。

  2. 读书课文尽量背诵。
