教学目标:
1.知识目标:通过阅读短文,了解大意,让学生明白:Why? Because_____.的含义,掌握其用法。并能正确区分句型:―What are you going to do?及其答语,复习put on, take off 的用法。
2.能力目标:通过对知识目标的完成,正确运用所学句型对日常生活进行描述,尤其是对put on, take off的灵活运用。
教学重点:
让学生明白―Why? Because______.‖的含义,掌握其用法。
教学难点:
能利用所学知识进行情景交际练习。
教学用具:
录音机,衣服卡片及衣服实物
教学过程:
Step 1: Class Opening and Review
Greeting; T: Hello,boys and girls.
How’s the weather today?
Ss: It’s____.
T: What are you wearing?
Ss: I’m wearing ____
Step 2: New Concepts
教师出示一些衣服,边演示边说,It’s cod outside. I am going to put on my coat . Why? Because I’m cold . It’s cold outside.并重复此句型,板书,指明说,学生掌握后,教师边穿衣服边说: I am putting on my coat.
T: What are you going to put on?(让自告奋勇的学生回答)
T: Why? S: Because______.
(学生一边穿衣服一边用I am\I’m putting on ____.句型说话。)
T: I’m going to take off my coat. Why?
Because I’m hot.边脱大衣边说:I’m taking off my coat.
T: (对一名看起来穿得多的同学)Are you hot?
S: Yes.
T: What are you going to do?
S:I’m going to take off my ___.
T: Why?
S: Because I’m hot. 学生边脱衣服边说,I’m taking off my ____.Because I’m hot.
Step 3:Practice
T: It’s snowy outside. What are you going to put on to play?
将学生分组,并拿出准备好的衣服或卡片,利用所学句型进行对话练习,也可用上以前所学知识。
Step 4: Check for Understanding
分组表演,教师检查理解情况,对所出现的问题及时解决。
(通过情景交际练习,让学生对所学知识进行巩固,达到学以致用的目的)
Step 5:Text Danny likes snow.
He wants to play in the snow. What is he going to put on?
Is he cold or hot? Open your books .
listen to the type and answer my questions.
教师出示下面问题兵指名读或齐读: What Danny is going to do? Why? What is he going to put on? Why/ Is he play in the snow with the clothes? Why? What is he going to take off? Does he play in the snow? Why? 听完录音后,指名回答问题。
(让学生带着问题读课文,提高学生的阅读能力)
Step 6:Class Closing
What are you going to do after class. Write some sentences and tell me why?
