　　教学过程

　　一、情境导入

　　1、 let’s sing the ABC . Lets say the chant .

　　2、问答练习：T： Hello ,boys and girls. How are you? What’s your favourite song ?/colour ? Ss:It`s …..T :What `s this ?Ss :It`s a desk .T What are they ?They are desks ,etc

　　3、让两个同学到台前来，一个胖的，一个瘦的。做猴子的动作，老师带着动作说，This monkey is thin ,That monkey is fat .让学生猜猜什么意思？学生猜到后。老师说今天我们就来学习Module2 Unit2 That monkey is fat .

　　二、集中识词

　　找几组高矮，胖瘦的同学，或几个物品介绍他们的特征来呈现出示单词卡片tall short big small fat thi n ，让学生认读单词卡片，先师领读再优生领读，小组内用单词卡片，小组长负责教会本组成员。然后开火车比赛，把全班分为四组比赛。一人读一个单词，不重复。老师展示卡片，学生一个个的读。读的准确，流利的小组获胜得分。B游戏：老师和学生一起老师边做动作边说 tall short big， small 。fat thin .让学生理解它的含义，然后老师边做动作边说big，让学生边做动作边说small老师边做动作边说tall 让学生边做动作边说short 训练学生的反应能力，让学生在放松的情景游戏中掌握tall short big， small 。fat thin 这两个单词。为课文的学习做好铺垫。

　　三、呈现新知

　　1、 游戏：老师边做动作边说big， small 。让学生理解它的含义，然后老师边做动作边说big，让学生边做动作边说small 训练学生的反应能力，让学生在放松的情景游戏中掌握big， small 这两个单词。为课文的学习做好铺垫。

　　2、 课件出示两棵树的图片，先老师做示范介绍两棵树的特征，让学生介绍这两棵树的特征，Look at the trees .This tree is tall.That tree is short .并且板书重点的句式。要做必要的领读和正音。 然后再出示两一胖一瘦的猴子图片，Look at the monkeys .This monkey is thin.That monkey is fat.

　　再出示一胖一瘦的熊猫图片，介绍Look at the pandas .This panda is thin. That panda is fat.

　　接着出示两只一大一小的猫，让学生先在小组内介绍，让本小组的成员都学会了，在分小组上台展示。Look at the cats .This cat is big .That cat is small

　　四、模仿操练

　　学生四人一小组，拿周围的同学或学习用品做参照物，来介绍。巩固所学的知识，熟练运用了语言，提高学生的综合运用语言的能力。例如：Look at the boys This boy is fat .That boy is thin . Look at the girls This girl is tall .That girl is short .

　　Look at the bags This bag is big .That bag is small.然后选几组上台展示
