1. Review unit 9
(1) Words: one to twelve
(2) Sentences: What time is it ?
It鈥檚 one (two 鈥Α!#㎡鈥檆lock.
2. Play a game:
Guess 鈥淲hat time is it now ?鈥 .Pass the doll ,when the music stop who keep the doll who must answer the question .
E.g.:
T : What time is it now ?Guess !
S :It鈥檚 one (two 鈥︹Γ﹐鈥檆lock . 鈥
StepⅢ Presentation 1
Look at these cards ,do you still remember the numbers we learned ,now let鈥檚 read it together , one , two 鈥Α!# raise a card about the number they don鈥檛 learn , 鈥渢hirteen 鈥
1. Learn the new word 鈥渢hirteen 鈥潯
(1) Point to the card 鈥渢hirteen 鈥 and say like this:
T : Thirteen . Read after me 鈥渢hirteen 鈥潱╮ead for several times, make sure the student know the meaning of 鈥渢hirteen )。
(2) Ask the students write the 鈥13鈥 in the air and read the word after the teacher.
(3) One by one read the word .Then the teacher write down the word on the blackboard ,in mean while let the student read what the teacher writes . 2 .The same way to teach the other words(fourteen 鈥Γ
StepⅣ Reinforcement
1. Open your books .Listen to the tape of the Vocabulary. Point and say.
2. Play a words game:
Give each one a word card , when the teacher call the word which belongs to the one , this one must stand up and say the word and raise their word card.
StepⅤ Presentation 2
1. Listen what the teacher point to the card and then write down the sentences:
How many cherries are there ?
There are twenty .
2. Ask one or two students to say the sentences. Make sure the student understand the sentences .
3. Listen to the tape of C onversation. listen say and point.
4. Pairs work. Ask one pairs or two come out and act.
5. Do workbook 1.
StepⅥ Conclusion
1. Sum up what we learned in the class. Review the new words and sentences.
2. Stress the key point and difficult point.
StepⅦ Homework
1. Copy the words.
