  Step 1: Warming-up and revision

  Sing a song:

  Free talk:

  How are you?

  What day is it today?

  (4) How old are you?

  Step 2: Revision

  1.T flashes the words card, Ss say together.

  1) Choice some quick Ss to be little teachers to lead other Ss reading the words.

  2) Game: touch and say.

  3) Play a game: What鈥檚 missing?

  4) Listen and clap.

  Step 3: Presentation

  Teach the letter: Uu

  T: Who is he? (T points to the picture of Ss)

  T: He is a pupil. Which one is letter 鈥淧鈥潱 Which one is letter 鈥渋鈥潱 Which one is letter 鈥渓鈥

  No.2 is letter 鈥渦鈥

  Ss read the letter after T for times.

  Distinguished with other similar letters.

  Teach letter: Vv,

  T: Do you know the third letter of the word 鈥渇ive鈥

  Ss read the letters by themselves.

  Step 4: Homework.

  Review Part ABC.

  Read the rhyme for times.
