  教学目标与要求 :

  1. 知识与能力目标 :

  熟练掌握单词与短语: of course 熟练掌握重点语句: Will you help me ? Of course, I will. I think I鈥檒l make a Chinese kite .

  本课的重点是理解 will 的有两种含义。 一种是表示将来时; 另 一种是在 Will you help me ? 这句话中 will 表示一种意愿, 表示征求别人的意见,寻问别人的建议。 这也是本课学习的难点。

  2. 情感态度目标:

  在教学中向学生渗透情感教育, 树立学生互帮互助的良好品质。

  课前准备:

  与课文配套的光盘、 课件、 教学卡片等

  教学过程:

  Step 1 Warming up :

  Free talk between the teacher and the students.

  Step 2 Revision :

  Review nine phrases in order to help the students to talk about the activities freely.

  Step 3 Presentation and practice:

  1. Let the child help the teacher put the topic on the blackboard. Then elicit the sentence 鈥淲ill you help me ?鈥 and 鈥淵es, I will. 鈥 Then write the key sentence 鈥淲ill you help me ?鈥 on the blackboard.

  2. Use the sentence "Yes, I will" to elicit the sentence "Of course,I will." Ask and answer in pairs. Then check.

  3. Talk about Daming and his cousin , then present a question "What present will Daming take?". Guide the students to listen to the text and underline the answer.

  4. Present a question "Why not chopsticks?" , let the students read the first paragraph carefully.

  5. Elicit the key sentence 鈥淚 think I鈥檒l make a Chinese kite.鈥潯 Write this key sentence on the blackboard and follow the CD-ROM to repeat it. Make the students to talk about their activities at the weekends using 鈥淚 think I鈥檒l鈥︹Αb潯

  6. Present a question "Will Simon love this kite?" ,let the students read the last paragraph carefully.

  7. Show another picture from the text and guide the students to evaluate the girl of the text. 8. Listen, find and circle 鈥渨ill鈥潯 Then show the five sentences with 鈥渨ill鈥潱 then remind the students to pay attention to the different meanings of鈥渨ill. 9.Listen and repeat this dialogue. Try to imitate the pronunciation.

  Step 4 Consolidation and extension :

  1. Do some written exercises (P30) on activity books and check the answers.

  2. Talk about pictures from the students' books. Present two demonstrations for the students. Then the students talk about them in pairs using鈥淲ill you 鈥Α?鈥濃淵es, I will. /No, I won鈥檛.鈥

  3. Play a guessing game . 鈥淲here will I go this weekend ?鈥 and 鈥淲hat will I do there?鈥 Then present the weekend plan of the teacher as a model. And let the students try to talk about their weekend plans in groups.

  Step 5 Summary:

  Guide the students to recall what they learnt in this class.1

  Step 6 Homework:

  1. Listen to the dialogue for 3 times.

  2. Copy the key sentences for 5 times.

  3.Try to write down your weekend plan .
