教学目标:
1、学生能听懂、会说、认读并拼写下列词汇:house, floor
2、学生能听懂、会说、认读并口头运用下列用语和句子
Where do you live? I live in a/an______.
教学准备:
ppt.
教学过程:
Step 1: Greeting.
Step 2: Ask and answer.
Review 鈥渘ear鈥 and 鈥渇ar鈥潱 which the students mastered. Demonstrate the concepts with volunteers (some can be near, others far)。
Then lead a question-and-answer drill.
Step 3: Introduce house, apartment by pictures.
Ask the students to introduce where do they live . Lead to I live on the _____floor.
Step 4: Learn Part 2. Where do you live ?
Show three questions about the conversation. Then ask the students to watch the flash and answer the questions.
Step 5: Pair work . Ask and answer.
Divide the class into pairs. Model the dialogue on the student book to practice it. Ask the volunteer group to come to the front and present their dialogue.
Step 6: Listening practice
Activity Book . Part 1.
Step 7: Ask the students to construct the beautiful homeland together.
Step 8: Summary
1.Ask the students What have you learnt in this class? and assist them in composing a summary.
2. Ask the students Do you have any questions? and solve any problems the students may have in order to ensure understanding.
Step 9. Homework.
1.Please make a piece of hand-copied newspaper (手抄报) about our homeland.
2.Interview your friend鈥檚 address using the structure 鈥 Where do you live?鈥
