外研社英语六上《Do you want to go to Guilin?》说课设计

  课前准备:

  1)听录音,预习本课内容,了解课文大意。

  2)复习以前学过单词及短语:building,all around,peace,inside,show。

  教学课题:

  三年级起始新标准英语第七册

  Module 9 Unit 2 Do you want to go to Guilin?

  内容分析:

  本课是外研社版新标准英语小学三年级起点六年级上册Module 9中的Unit 2部分,主要教学内容是目标语句I want to go to Beijing.Beijing is very big and famous.的听说认读以及单词famous。鉴于本课的教学内容和教学目标比较单一,在教学设计中我通过复习Do you want to go to 鈥Γ空飧鼍湫停佳泶镒约旱囊庠覆⒀Щ嵫时鹑说囊庠浮

  学情分析:

  六年级的学生已有了一定的英语基础,大部分学生已经掌握了Do you want to go to...? 这个句型的用法。面对学生掌握英语的程度不一,将采用分组教学与整体教学相结合的方式完成教学任务,进一步提高学英语的能力。

  特别是到了六年级,进步学生的学习难度越来越大。另外,这些学生在情感态度,学习策略和文化意识方面还存许多问题。例如:个别学生缺乏学习英语的兴趣;有些同学对自己缺乏自信,不敢大声用英语表达;缺乏小组合作意识;一些学生的学习习惯不好,不能较好的进行课前预习和课后巩固与复习,学习没有计划;不善于通过多种途径解决自己遇到的问题,把问题弃之不理等。

  教学目标:

  1)语言知识目标

  100%的学生能掌握本课的单词和短语famous; go to 85%学习目标语句:I want to go to Beinjing. Beijing is very big and famous.

  2)语言技能目标

  80%的学生能够口头运用I want to go to Beinjing. Beijing is very big and famous.这类语句说明想法与原因。

  3)情感态度目标

  通过朗读感知如何以正确的语调朗读疑问句。培养学生热爱自己的国家,热爱和平的高尚品质。

  教学重点:

  掌握本课的单词和短语famous; go to;掌握目标语句I want to go to Beinjing. Beijing is very big and famous. 5.教学难点:口头运用I want to go to Beinjing. Beijing is very big and famous.这类语句说明想法与原因。

  教学方法:

  引导学生在听一听、做一做、说一说的过程中进行学习,培养他们的自主学习能力。面向全体,耐心点拔,突破难点,充分发挥学生的主体作用,学生在体验参与的基础上进行语言实践中掌握知识,以达到本节课的教学目标。

  教学过程:

  一、 Warmer

  1)Greeting . T: Class begins. Stand up, please. Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning, Ms Zhang. T: Sit down, please

  2)Ask and answer. T: Do you often鈥Γ縎s: Yes, I do./ Not very often.

  3)复习巩固本模块的单词、短语:building,all around,peace,inside,show。

  【设计意图】在学生回忆上一模块所学知识的同时,我引导学生复习本模块的单词,用学过的句子和学生一起复习Do you鈥Γ烤湫停⒏菅从η榭觯私庋运Уゴ实恼莆涨榭觥

  二、Lead in

  This class, we鈥檒l learn Module 9 Unit 2 Do you want to go to Guilin ?And I will part you into four groups: Canada group ,China group, America group and England group. Let鈥檚 have a match.

  First,Let鈥檚 say the chants on Page 37 together.

  【设计意图】这个chant是这节课的新授内容,但我觉得里面没有生词,所以把chant放到了导入环节,以营造英语学习的氛围,使学生更快的进入学习状态。

  You did a good job. Yesterday we visited the UN building in NewYork. The UN building is very beautiful. Our country is very beautiful,too. There are lots of beautiful and famous places in our country. Such as: the Great Wall, the West Lake and the Huangshan Mountain. (大屏幕呈现这些地方)

  【设计意图】让学生说出以前所学过的地名,通过各组比赛的方式复习原来学过的地方,这样既能复习了原先学过的知识,也为新内容的学习做好铺垫,更能让学生意识到我们的祖国是多么的美丽。

  三、Presentation

  1)Now there is a foreign family. They want to visit China. They are talking about their travelling plan. Listen and find where they want to go.

  2)Play the tape again and have the students remember which places they listened.(Play the tape twice)。

  Then ask Ss to answer the questions in groups

  ①Where does the boy want to go?

  ②Why does the boy want to go Beijing?

  ③Where does the girl want to go?

  ④Are there lots of tall buildings and shops in Hong Kong?

  ⑤Where does Mum want to go?

  ⑥How is the weather in Harbin in winter?

  ⑦Where is Kunming?(先让学生在小组内讨论,然后再分组来回答问题,给答对的小组得星。)

  四、Practice

  1)Play the tape again and have the students repeat. Ask some students to read the sentences.

  2)Play the roles in groups by themselves.Then show in groups. (让学生读课文,及时纠正错误,并奖励表现好的学生,给组内得星。)

  五、Production

  1)组内练习,掌握句型。

  让学生把自己想去的地方写下来,然后看着自己手中的记录做连锁问答。要求学生依据手中的信息来回答鈥淵es.鈥澔蜮淣o.鈥

  (学生四人一组,仿照活动2做问答练习,完成下面的表格)

  鈥溾斺擠o you want to go to Guilin? 鈥斺擸es,I do. 鈥斺擠o you want to go to Beijing? 鈥斺擭o,thank you.鈥 Guilin Beijing Harbin Kunming Hong Kong 鈥

  【设计意图】小组内进行调查总结,选好自己想去的地方,可以选择课文外的地方,为接下来的任务完成奠定基础。

  2)任务完成,分享旅游计划。

  Now you have chosen the places that you want to go. Can you tell us the reason? Say your reasons out to your partners.

  S1: I want to go to Guilin.There are lots of mountains and lakes.

  S2: I want to go to Harbin. The snow is very beautiful.

  S3: I want to go to鈥Αhere is 鈥Α

  【设计意图】让同学们利用上一环节中说到的地点,利用本课所学的语言支架,在四人小组中分享旅游计划,组长负责记录其它三人说的句子。最后请各个小组展示自己的旅游计划。

  六、小结

  Today we learnt 鈥淒o you want to go to Guilin?Yes, I do. / No, I don鈥檛.鈥

  You can use this sentence to ask your friend where he/she wants to go. Now Let鈥檚 see which group is the best.(评出优胜小组)

  七、Homework

  1)Listen to the tape for 10 minutes.

  2)用本节课学到的句型,描述一下自己想去的地方,不少于三个句子。
