  教学目标:

  1. To help students to learn the basic expression of vehicle: bus, car, taxi, bike

  2. To provide the sentences that they have learnt before and to practice the words, and to review the sentence we have learnt in last unit: That鈥檚 my new鈥 That鈥檚 my鈥

  3. To Stimulate students鈥 interests in studying English.

  重点难点:

  1. Ss should read these 4 words correctly: bus and taxi are difficult for them.

  2. Ss can ask and answer freely.

  教学准备:

  Pictures

  教学过程:

  Step 1:warming-up

  T: Good morning, boys and girls.

  Ss: Good morning, Miss Tu.

  T: How are you, today?

  S1: I鈥檓 well, thank you.

  S2: I鈥檓 fine, thank you.

  T: How about you? (If Ss no response, tell them it has same meaning of the expression: How are you?)

  S3: I鈥檓 good, thank you. And you?

  T: I鈥檓 happy. Because I have a present.

  Step 2: presentation

  T: Look, that鈥檚 my new bike.

  T shows a picture of bike: b-b-bike.

  Ss read after t many times.

  Read in loud voice and quiet voice.

  Say the chant: bike bike that鈥檚 my new bike. (T writes down the word on the bb)

  T: Is that a bike?

  Ss: Yes, it is.

  T: makes the sounds: Di Di Di Da Da Da. What is coming?

  T: Oh, it鈥檚 a bus.

  T shows a picture of bus: b-b-bus.

  Read in up stairs and down stairs.

  Say the chant: bus bus that鈥檚 my new bus. (T writes down the word on the bb)

  T: Is that a bus? Ss: Yes, it is.

  T: what鈥檚 that? Is that a car?

  Ss: Yes, it is.

  T: It鈥檚 a car.

  read the word: train train go go go.

  Say the chant: Car car that鈥檚 my new car. (T writes down the word on the bb)

  T: Is that a car? Ss: Yes, it is.

  T: Is that a car?

  Ss: No.

  T : It鈥檚..

  Ss: It鈥檚 a taxi.

  T shows a picture of taxi: t-t-taxi.

  Read together. (T writes down the word on the bb)

  T: Is that a taxi? Ss: Yes, it is.

  Step 3 practice.

  Open the books and read after the tape recorder together.

  read the together, read in pairs.

  Play missing game.

  Put the words in the right place.

  Step 4: Conclusion

  Evaluate students鈥 performance and give homework.

  Step 5: Homework:

  Review Part B of this unit.

  教学反思:

  When reading the words, Ss should look at my mouth. One student read the word 鈥渃ar鈥 as the word 鈥渃ow鈥 Other Ss can read very well. And they can distinguish car from taxi. Ss enable to catch the question, and they can answer the question in two ways. The way to describe the vehicle and say it out is a good method to help Ss to review the words. And catch the things鈥 ability. And practice their listening ability at the same time.
