  教学目标:

  1. Help students to review how to greet to others and answer: 鈥淗ow are you? I鈥檓 fine, thank you.鈥

  2. Help students to review the different answers of the greeting;

  3. Help Ss to learn the letters: Cc and Dd;

  4. Stimulate students鈥 interests in studying English.

  重点难点:

  1. Make sure that students can greet in this way: 鈥淗ow are you?鈥 and answer in different ways: I鈥檓 fine/good/well, thank you.

  2. Part C: Look and read.

  教学准备:

  Pictures, tape recorder, cards.

  教学过程:

  Step 1: Warming-up

  T divides the Ss into 4 groups. According to their preparing of the class and the greeting of the class beginning, T gives some stars to four groups.

  T greets to S in this way: What鈥檚 your name? How are you,鈥Γ

  Sing a song:

  Step2 Review

  Ss read Part A and B after the tape recorder.

  Ss read after T.

  1.Ss read the dialogue and the words.

  (1) Show and say. T flashes the pictures and the words fine/well/good quickly, and Ss try to say the words as quick as possible.

  (2) T pronounces the first letter of the words, Ss say the word at once.

  2.Ask Ss answer the greeting in different ways. Play a game: How are you, my friend?

  Step 3: Look and read.

  Teach letter Cc.

  T: When you say I鈥檓 fine, I鈥檓 well, I鈥檓 good. You feel happy or sad?

  1.T draws the smiling face. T: Yes, happy. Look at their mouth. Draw a bowed mouth. Then change the direction. Now you see, it鈥檚 C.

  2. T writes the letter C in red.

  T reads the letter and Ss listen to T for times.

  T asks: What鈥檚 the letter C looks like?

  Distinguish the capital letter and the small letter.

  Ss read after T.

  Ask Ss to tell T some words which begin with letter c: cat, colour鈥

  Let Ss to find out the pronunciation of the letter c in these words.

  Ss read after T.

  Teach letter Dd.

  T writes down some words which begin with letter d. For example: dog, dad, day, dab, dig, dit鈥︹

  Ask Ss tell teacher what the same letter is.

  T writes down the letter: Dd.

  T reads the letter for times.

  Distinguish the capital letter and the small letter. Ss talk about the letter Dd. What the shape of the letter looks like.

  Ss read after T.

  Ss read the letter.

  Ss open the books and read after the tape recorder.

  Ss read the letters and the word by themselves.

  Step 4 practice.

  1) require 4 Ss to act the four letters.

  e.g. S1: Hello, I鈥檓 A.

  SS: Hello, Mr A.

  2) T writes down the letter we have learnt in last unit: Aa Bb Cc Dd.

  Require Ss read them together. xkb1.com

  Play a game(quick response) : T says A, Ss say B, T says C, Ss say D. Then exchange.

  Require Ss to compare the letter: 鈥渂鈥 and 鈥渄鈥 make sure they will not confused them.

  Step 5 Homework

  Oral practice: Listen to the tape and read the dialogue, the words and the letters.

  教学反思:

  Ss like the way of learning the letter, and they like to act the letters and make greetings to others. Use the body language can help the Ss to remember these letters easily. And from the saying competition, Ss learn it quickly. From this class, I found they can make the dialogue freely to ask and answer: How are you? So I gives them something addition: Very well/very good, thank you. Some Ss receive more from this class.
