1. Play the cassette. Listen and follow.
2. Play again. Repeat.
3. The students read the dialogue in pairs.
4. Invite a few pairs to read the dialogue in front of the class.
Post-task activity
1. Read: Ask and answer. The students practise the model dialogue.
2. Invite a few pairs to role-play in front of the class.
